Improve bitrate for high quality streams & audio quality settings for streaming music creation/content creation

The current bitrate for high quality (and even lower quality) streams is far too low and makes games look like blocky messes. This is not a problem with my internet (300mbps down, 100mbps up)! This is entirely Discord's fault, and Parsec works just fine for both of these at higher quality without paying for a subscription. I understand this is because they use P2P instead of a relay server, but I still expect better from a paid service.

Also, audio quality is terrible for music creation. Crackles and pops and very compressed audio make it hard to tell what the other person is making and generally makes things sound worse than if they were rendered and sent through Discord. I would like and would benefit from options to increase audio quality, even at the expense of visual quality as it is more important for some applications for good audio to be sent than for good video to be sent.
