Are the Forum Tags Broken on Mobile?

The Tags List used for filtering in Forums on Mobile seems like its functionality is either broken or terribly executed. It displays around 3 tags on average and the rest overflow off the view area, giving the impression the Tags can be scrolled horizontally to see more, but attempting to do so just brings up the User List.
