2FA trouble

You need to figure out to turn off the 2FA on someone's account. I swear to goodness I didn't turn on and when I log onto my account it says I need a code. Which I don't have, I have the password and email and username. But you guys can't figure out how to turn it off and all you want me to do is delete the account and make a new one. I repetitively say I'm not making a new one.

    إلى معرفة كيفية إيقاف تشغيل المصادقة الثنائية على حساب شخص ما. أقسم بالخير أنني لم أقم بتشغيله وعندما أقوم بتسجيل الدخول إلى حسابي ، أقول إنني بحاجة إلى رمز. الذي لا أملكه ، لدي كلمة المرور والبريد الإلكتروني واسم المستخدم. لكنكم يا رفاق لا تستطيعون معرفة كيفية إيقاف تشغيله وكل ما تريدون مني أن أفعله هو حذف الحساب وإنشاء حساب جديد. أقول مرارًا إنني لا أصنع واحدة جديدة.
