animated emojis in in-app notifications when animations are turned off

First of all, BIG THANK YOU for having the ability to turn off animations in the first place. This has been so much nicer on my brain, and my friend's can continue to use all the fun things they want to. 

That said, two places I caught that are still animated (android tablet)

1. in-app notification. It was an animated emoji. It's sort of brief, but extra noticeable.

2. Someone replied to my post with a gif. It auto animated. (Only on tablet, on Windows PC it does not)

Would love if it weren't so!
