hello there why is my requests or tickets closing?!, is there something wrong or did you block me?!

    It's probably one of the Discord staff members marked your ticket as a solved ticket, you reopen the ticket by clicking "You can create a follow-up" and the select the categories what would you like to report for and they only closed the ticket since there was no responses for the ticket you made.
