Select Menu - roles should be able to be chosen

Currently, a Select Menu with type of 6 (role) shows 15 roles starting from the top of the roles list.

These roles should be able to be chosen when creating the Select Menu, as many will be irrelevant (managed / bot roles, roles that may be inaccessable to the user).

Also, the limit of 15 roles should be removed or increased as many servers will have over 15 roles. Though this would be less of a problem if roles could be filtered.

    If you want a specific set of options... make a specific set of options. Use a string select.
