Ability to permanently remove registered games

Although "Registered games" can temporarily be removed from the "Added games" list, as soon as you launch the game or software, it reappears in the list automatically and shows as your activity status.

This can be an issue if you're for example running certain software that have been registered as a game, but isn't. For example certain remote desktop software. My gaming friends on Discord may think that I'm gaming while I'm in fact working which can be a distraction for both parties.
