Split profile banner gradient and custom banner image between Nitro tiers

I think it would be a fitting perk to give to Nitro Basic (and/or Classic, depending on how many people stay subscribed) to drop the color gradient feature to its tier, while regular Nitro retains the gif/image feature. It would result in a nice linear increase in customizability, i.e., no subscription = solid color, Nitro Basic = color gradient, Nitro = animated banner, and it would result in getting a little more bang for your buck when purchasing Nitro Basic.
