Allow Only Certain Roles to Read Posts in Forums

So, for the new forums, I was thinking about making a sort of staff support system through it. You would make a post and it would only be visible to staff roles, and no other roles can read it. The player that made the post would be able to reply freely to all the posts that they made, but none that any other player made. And obviously, the staff members would be able to read all of them.

I know there are bots that exist for this stuff, but I feel like it would make the forums feature a lot better if this was a feature.
