Substitution Of The Audio Button

1 week ago, I noticed a change on the voice channel appearance. At the bottom is a row of commands, from left to right, with the 2nd from the left a rocket has been placed instead of the audio button. I would like to include a screenshot of the image to make this easier to understand.
