@channel should mention everyone who is currently focused on the channel the mention is sent in. That function would help grab attention of everyone typing in busy channels, without necessarily men...

@Ahuman technically, every change in any admin-related features will make admin abuse a lot easier. Keep in mind that not every admin is a bad guy that wants to destroy the server.

Ability to remove/hide someone's profile picture on your server

This would be an option in the context menu for the mods to hide somebody's profile picture, but only on a particular server. The removed profile picture could look like this:
