Flag works for me. You may need to spell it minimize with a 'z' instead of an 's'. I think it's a regional thing, since I see people spell it both ways, but the flag appears to use the 'z'.

If by folder you mean categories, you can mute by category. Otherwise, I'm not sure what you're talking about, and you may need to be more specific (or I'm an idiot, which has been a problem before...
