Allowing for mass pruning would reduce the number of users and hurt any future IPO or selling price should some company want to buy Discord. #imho

Mobile notifications are turned off when a server reaches 2500 users. You cannot purge users that have roles. Our server depends heavily on roles and mobile notifications.
