Doesn't that take away anonymity? If someone blocks someone, they may not want people to know that they blocked them.

Don't show a new message for a blocked user.
If a message is new but it's for a blocked user, it shouldn't show a new message for just that if only the blocked user's messages are the new messages. I get annoyed looking at a new message in a ...
