Permission to use markdown
It's annoying when people spam new markdown features and abuse them, a permission to use markdown would solve this problem.

They don't so up because you are using an old version of your OS or your OS doesn't have support for the emoji font, on Windows 10 they show up fine and on Linux if you install the right fonts
