Aaand now it's gone again, at least for me. IDK if i hit a limit of some sort, or because i asked support about the user notes dissapearing bug. They said "Just to give you a heads up, this issue ...

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but i could finally add new notes after 1 year + of not being able to.
