If you don't trust a bot with admin perms, just don't give it admin. Not that hard honestly, and it shouldn't be discord's job to do this imo.

Different role priorities in different categories
This is mostly for role colors, where it would make more sense to be identified by one role on the sidebar and name color in one category and a different role in another category.
