'Jump to' Action for Audit log
An option to 'jump' to an action in the Audit log would be awesome, for example, to jump to the last kicked user or last channel name change

Option to open YouTube videos in YouTube app
there should be a better and easier way to open the videos in the youtube app if you start viewing on Discord and want to switch over (on Phone of course)
