@pinkpain This feature only records your voice. You press record button and it uses your microphone to record your voice. You don't need other people permission to send a voice message to them.

You don't need other permissions. You are only recording yourself. And then post the recorded voice you just created.

Messenger has good example. Hold down record button to record and release to send. In here perhaps allow us to preview the recording before sending.
