Pin increase would be amazing. Multiple servers I'm part of have dedicated 'out-of-context quotes', but the pin-limit make them hard to manage.

Levels for boosting higher than level 1, are for bigger servers with huge communities. If only 12 boosts were required for level 3, bigger communities would get no advantage. A server with, say, 60...
