Add new "Join/Leave" sound or personal sound.
So can we make it to where we either have some different sounds to choose from or use our own? The default is atrocious on ears or maybe give us a volume to turn those sounds down?

I would prefer to have a interactive topic that is similar to a MOTD so people wont have to open pins or look at the topic which should be used as something else.
