3. Why can your phone number only be used for one account at a time?

Allowing a phone number to be used on multiple accounts defeats the whole purpose of "phone verification" - which is there to prevent spam accounts, as phone numbers are unique and can't be obtaine...

3. Do not grant the Mention Everyone permission to the everyone role by default when you first create a server

I don't mean disable it, DownhillSign911 - I mean make it so that not everyone has the Mention Everyone permission on by default when a server is created.
