I actually prefer the relative dates, they're less confusing, but I definitely can understand why people would want this. Perhaps an option, or have it based off of your computers settings?

I don't think enough people use Anghami for it to be worth it. I hadn't heard of it until today.

Why? There are still plenty of users who use these platforms and it wouldn't make sense for them to drop support for an operating system that millions of people still use.
