    3. Light theme: Blue unread pips instead of black

    Here's a quick mockup of what I was imagining, done by changing a couple of the CSS variables. (Though I saw someone suggested coloring the sidebar blue, which would also work.)

    I like the new light theme a lot, but I've noticed that it uses black in a lot of places that, to me, feel like they should be an accent color. Particularly, the pips that show up on unread channel...

    3. Allow me to adjust the font size

    In the settings under "appearance" there's a slider to change the chat font size. If you change it to 14px, it should look like the old default.
