Increase the 25 user cap when webcams are enabled
25 users, especially in community servers, is too little. I would suggest increasing this hard cap to 50 or 75 even if that means requiring a server boost.

By the way: As an admin I can just (temporarily) disable the NSFW flag and read it anyways. I think the warning before entering a NSFW channel was enough IMHO. Is there a legal reason behind this?
