This is possibly the most sensible option. Although I would like to see an option in user setting to change it back to the small ... on the right side when a message is hovered over.

The option to add space between the chat lines is under User Setting -> Appearance ->Message Display. I can't find an option to put back the Floating reaction bar though. I'd rather the 3 dots appe...
