Attention to the pinned messages
There should be something that encourages people to read the pinned messages or makes them more visible to members. Because few people actually read the pins.

Well, another platform called "Guilded" has that feature of "server hubs". They're called "Groups" there. But it's hard to migrate a community with three thousand members to another platform.

There are member-specific permissions at category and channel levels, why not have them at server level?
