One argument might be "we don't/won't/can't provide localised translations for the different English variants". But it really doesn't matter if it says "colour" or "color", just load the date, time...

Why using the "00 h 30" time format for French Canada? People who have been using desktop or mobile operating systems might be familiar with the "00:30" format. Also, add 'en-AU' English, Australia...
