You can force it to work by following the directions in the post above. I've never had it break discord, however every few updates it has to be repeated. https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/commu...

Oh wow, when I requested this a couple weeks ago I didnt realize I had been a year since first reported...That certainly doens't make it feel like a priority :-/
