Pruning only removes people who haven't logged onto Discord *at all* over the defined period, and does not affect users who have a role. The person would also need the necessary permission to prune...

I hope eventually that's something we don't need a bot to see, but in the meantime there are bots like Invite Manager which can log who users were invited by and stuff like that
