Being locked out of your Discord account due to Multi-Factor Authentication can be frustrating, but with the right approach and Discord's recovery options, you can regain access to your account.
If you aren't logged into your account on any other clients (desktop, mobile, or browser app), the first thing you want to do is see if you have your Discord backup codes saved anywhere. These could be saved as a txt file called “discord_backup_codes.txt" or a screenshot in your photo gallery of the codes.
After locating your backup codes, you can use one of the unused codes to log into your account.
1. After logging in you’ll see the prompt to enter authenticator code. To enter a backup code instead, press on Verify with something else.

2. Select Use a backup code.

5. Under the My Account tab press on Remove Authenticator App and then press Okay to confirm.
