Vertical monitor does not play nice with new profile display feature

I and many others typically use Discord on a vertical monitor (mine is 900p x 1440p), and I have found that the new feature that shows friends' profiles next to the chat takes up more space than the actual chat window, making the text hard to read. The text box is also incredibly small, and it forces 1-2 characters per line when typing.

This is not an issue on a horizontal monitor, where there is more horizontal space for the chat to expand, but this method of profile display does not work on a vertical one.

There should be a UI change to move the profile display to a bar above the chat window (instead of next to it) on monitors under a certain width (see Frame 1).
