School Hubs queue restriction

You should be able to create a school hub by requesting it by a school system admin beacause many people of my class/school don't have discord and don't really see why they should get discord but if they knew there is a way to get help or my homework etc. I say they would come to discord.

  Like connecting it to a school website? would be smart but problems i guess.
