Use relative time for messages

When I send a message, I see "Today at 4:37 PM" next to my name, but I would expect to see "now" instead.

Same thing with when I read a message from someone else, I see the full time with hours and minutes, and I always need to glance at the clock to estimate more or less how long ago the message was sent.

This happens both on the Mac desktop app and in the Android app, and it creates difficulty for me to use Discord.
