Lack of Settings to customize Notifications on Overlay

I find it very useful to read Notifications for new posts while playing games, however they don't stay long enough on the screen to have the time to read them fully, especially while playing. It would be SUPER USEFUL to introduce customization settings for the Notifications that appear on the Overlay, more specifically:

- the duration in seconds for which the new notifications are displayed

- size of the notification box (height, width, maximum number of lines)

- stacking behavior, new notifications replace the previous one, or they can stack a number of times below, if they're more frequent than your set duration to display.

- * and maybe, but not as a priority* chat font and size, to be able to fit more text in.

I actually found it surprising that it didn't have all the above in Settings.
