Can't receive friend requests

Hey guys, i created a support ticket, but was just checking if anyone ever had an issue like this and can maybe share the experience how they fixed it.

1)When people add me by my discord tag - the request get's sent just fine(green message, as usual) - but i never receive it on my end

2)I have more than 1 000 contacts(in fact more than 11 000 contacts) and so sending request to them is not an option for me

3)Last request i got was 3 days ago(and i get requests all the time, i use discord for my work)

4)I tried sending requests to myself from several other accounts(friends/family etc. and no luck)

5)My friends settings are fine, i checked several times.

If anyone got any ideas or similar experiences - would like to hear them(while waiting for help from official discord support)

    Im a big trader aswell , people cannot add me etc, if you check others they make new discords to fix the problem  ,

    Ye i made a reserve discord, but it's just a temporary solution. Or so i hope.
