Add option to disable audio notification when people join or leave voice channel

Dear discord, Please help me protect my eardrums and sanity. I'm not sure if this is relevant for all platforms but it's definitely an issue on Android. A toggle for disabling notifications when someone joins/leaves a voice chat would be greatly appreciated. Depending on how loud my volume is set, the notification seems to be 10x louder than whoever is speaking in voice chat. I tried disabling notifications within discord but it doesn't affect the join/leave sound.

  Set your discord activity to "Do Not Disturb" or you can place your discord into "Streamer Mode"
