question (in English) about 三國群英傳 version 1, released in 1998

Dear gaming community, I'm a boomer/Luddite needing help regarding 三國群英傳 version 1, released in Taiwan in 1998. Does anyone have the jewel case from original game box's CD-ROM? I lost my copy of the insert that went on the back side of the jewel case. Photo quality is not important; I just need to be able to read the English words. If you have the CD-ROM jewel case, could you please upload or send me an image of the back of it? I would be immensely grateful! Like, over the moon grateful!!! :) Kind regards.
