Help & Support Not Helping and Supporting

Recently I was banned without warning for allegedly violating the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines. Ever since then I've been trying to get more information on specifically why I was banned, the only problem being I can't seem to speak with anyone. Every time I fill out a ticket I'm ignored and ghosted by the support team who just mark my ticket as resolved and move on without even messaging me back. I even tried sending discord's dispute center an email to hopefully be able to speak with anyone who would at least tell me what I apparently did to get banned. TL;DR Discord appears to be just another AAA company hidden behind the charade of actually caring about their users. So much for "help and support"
