Feature Request - Changing server name per person

Useful feature would be to allow users to add custom server names, that would show instead of original server name. There are lot of users who's using a lot of servers for various helpchats and etc, that sometimes it is difficult to remember, how certain server is named. I'm talking about this tooltip:

Here you could define your own name instead of Zrips Plugins.
