Onboarding feature .. could've been great but...

I've been given access to the onboarding program. I haven't chosen to utilize it because I also have access to the forum and i use the forum to condense our chats. However, the onboarding feature requires 5 channels to be active for chatting and 7 for access. We dont even utilize that many in our community because the forum is so effective. Just thought I'd give some feedback and if that were corrected I would love to implement the onboarding feature. But for now I'll stick with using bots for verification! Thank you!
