Do not go through with username change

Hey discord, I've been using this platform for years and have many issues with this new change you're rolling out to usernames. I don't agree with this change, I personally think it takes away privacy from users and don't think there is any point in limiting the amount of usernames people can use. I do not see how you would need to make it easier to connect with friends on the platform when the barrier you think is so big is just putting a couple of numbers in front of someone's name. I personally think this limits privacy as well as it becomes easier for just about anyone to add you if they know your name. Overall I think this change isn't necessary and only hurts your current users experience. I would advice against going through with it.
