suggests adding a phone number filter to the server, if a person who enters the server and is verified with a number to make a commotion, after banning that person, that person deletes the phone number and then the account, and creates a new one for the same number and enters that server again.

add a filter that if this person was banned on this server but was verified with a number, then after a new account with the same number could not enter this server that was banned.
