Accessibility and Layout Issues

Hello.

   I am blind and use Discord with a screen reader on my home PC, and I wanted to let you guys know that your latest updates are making Discord more difficult to navigate, and also to catch notifications. I've noticed:

* I can no longer easily see when I have a new message from someone. They used to appear at the top of the screen, but with the servers being in their new menu configuration that is no longer the case.
*Sometimes, when I use this new menu list, I do not go to the server I click on, but instead get stuck on my current conversation, or sent back to the home screen.

* The new layout for replies means that I can no longer tell when someone is replying to someone else, or who may have responded to one of my messages in a channel thread.

* There seem to be unnecessary frames or comboboxes cluttering the screen that weren't there previously which make it more irksome getting to where I want to go.

If you guys can help with any of these issues that would be hugely appreciated. So many of the recent Discord updates have made it easier to navigate and more accessible from a screen reader perspective that I've started recommending it to anyone else who uses a reader.
