Stolen Server.

What happened basically is that the guy who stole my friends server is a friend with my friend and what he did to get ownership is to say that he will renvonate the server but now is refusing to give back the server ownership! What should I report them for?

  It's not against ToS or Community Guidelines to give back ownership of a server. You should have thought twice before giving Administrative permissions, let alone ownership.
