Add a "Bot actions" tab in the audit log

So basicly the current audit log has everything, add a filter that you can use too filter out what type of user they are, like if they are a bot or a user, it would be much easier for discord moderaters (like myself) to see what a bot is doing without all the user actions in the way! :)

    +1 | I'm currently having an issue with two bots holding conflicting permissions but cannot verify it since I cannot see their logs together since me and my moderator's actions are clogging up all the logs. This could be easily solved if I could see the bot logs directly.
