Fix F2A Lockout

Just lost a 4 year account cuz i did factory reset to my phone and had F2A enabled.Are u serious?I got access both on email and phone number and u cant help me get it back.You are the only company that cant help in this situation.U make people to not want to enable 2FA anymore cuz they dont wanna lose another account.Is there a possibility to fix that?
