Would there be a way to do group dms with bots?

Beyond my knowledge I'm just curious if there would be a way to add bots to DMS. It would be pretty fun if you could play them with a (human) friend as you chat. Right now you can't "friend" a bot, so you can't include them. Memer, RPG, Myuu, etc.
