Compliance with European privacy and data security law

As a writing lab employee, I'm currently exploring the possibility of hosting an event on Discord - but I'm bound to comply with European privacy and data security laws. Data on Discord is apparently hosted on US servers and thus does not comply with European law.

I'd love to have a solution for that.

    You are right Feirefiz. European union does not allow such kind of events to host on Discord. Because I have experienced such kind of reluctance for Atlanta personal injury attorney, its my service base website. I had to organize an event for my client via discord for compliance with European privacy, but they didn't allow me.
