Accidentally refunded my Nitro,

As the title says, I Accidentally refunded my Nitro and can't cancel the charge back. I forgot Nitro was still on one of my old cards and someone was making fraudulent purchases on the card, when I told my bank there was fraudulent purchases. My bank disabled the card, and put a refund for all of the past month's purchases, thus including my Nitro. I have already emailed support about the topic and I have not gotten a response (every time I have made a support ticket I haven't gotten a response. Last time I was terminated/suspended, I never got the email I was told I got, it said "Check your email." but there was no email, I tried contacting discord support but I never got a email back from them. I do not wish for this to be the same, I have been buying nitro for both myself and my boyfriend for four months now. If you are able to help please do. The discord account ID: 693518208153681961

zipf I know this isn't for support, this is my feedback on the support team, They have never responded to me. I have tried multiple ways of contacting them, but I have never gotten a response back. I wanted to see if someone else can get support's attention because I clearly cannot.
